Gift Card Only Orders

Shipping for orders that include only gift cards are shipped for free by standard letter mail. We may choose to ship the cards in an secured status that will require a phone call for activation, if so, we will include instructions in the envelope.


Merchandise Orders by Mail

Shipping for orders to most urban Canadian destinations which include clothing items is $10.00 plus tax. Plum normally ships packages by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Packages are shipped with "signature required" and "do not safe drop" selected. For shipping to remote and other destinations, we will contact you to arrange for additional shipping details.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. There will usually be a delay of one or two web store business days before we are able to ship your package - it varies depending on which Plum location(s) have your item(s) in stock. We will enter your email address in the Canada Post shipping system so that you will receive the initial shipment notifications and subsequent tracking updates directly.

Did you know: Canada Post's free FlexDelivery program will give you a virtual PO box for receiving packages at any Canada Post Office? If you usually are not home during delivery hours, this can make your package available for pickup quicker. It is also useful if you work near a Post Office. Merchandise Orders by Pickup at Store

Shipping to store for in-store pickup is free. You must bring your order request information, photo ID, and the credit card used to make the purchase to complete the pickup. No third party in-store pickups, such as friends or family, will be allowed without prior authorization. 

The Plum retail store for the pickup will phone you when your item(s) are ready for you - your return period will start on this date. You are encouraged to try on your items while you are in the store in order to check the fit.
