Thank you for shopping at the Plum Web Store. While we make every effort to make your online purchase a good experience, should you require an exchange or refund, these are the general steps and conditions. An insert with further details is typically shipped with our packages.
- Items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- For exchanges or refunds of web store purchases, do not contact a Plum retail store. You must initiate the process by contacting the Plum office within:
Subsequent to initial contact for the return, the items must arrive at our offices within 7 days. If either the initiation of the return is beyond the time deadline, or the items do not arrive at our offices promptly, the refund may be rejected or subject to a 15% restock fee, at our discretion.
- ship by mail: 14 days of shipment date for item(s).
- ship to store: 10 days from the date on which we notify you that the item(s) are ready for pick up.
- Returned items must be unworn, accompanied by the original packing slip, all original packaging, and with original tags attached.
- You must contact Plum Web Store support by email (preferred): firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: (toll free) 1-877-354-0646 prior to returning an item.
- Instructions will be given to you on how to send your return to us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping fees for the return process.
- Refunds will be applied to the credit card from which the payment was made.
- Calculation for returns where a coupon was applied: Many Plum coupons are applied based on the full order amount. If you return one or more items, and the new net total does not meet the original order qualification(s), the coupon amount will NOT be refunded. For example, if you purchased $80 in items before a $25 off $75 coupon was applied (you would pay $55 after the coupon), and later returned $40 of items, the new net total would be $40, which no longer qualifies for the coupon. We would refund $15 ($40 for the returned item less $25 for the coupon that no longer applies).
